Styfinity
For founders and growth leaders at companies doing £30k or more a month, or funded to a milestone

All your marketing and sales work, done for you. You just take the calls and close.

I'm Josh, a Revenue Partner for founders and the people who run growth for them. You set the direction; I build and run the whole engine, and ship every week. It starts with the Revenue Strategy Session: 30 free minutes where we walk your numbers, pick which parts of the engine your growth model needs, and map your first month. You leave with the plan either way.

Backed by structure, not promises: your accounts, your data, your assets, contractually, from day one. Month to month, no lock-in. Shipped work every week, in the contract. The moment it stops paying for itself, you walk at the month end and keep everything.

You already know what needs to happen. You've just never had the hands to ship it.
The problem

Everything Waits On You, And You Know It

It's 11pm and you're building the landing page yourself, because the campaign cannot wait another fortnight for someone else to get to it.

Everyone on the team is busy. Somehow, nothing ships.

The last time you paid someone to take this off your plate, you ended up managing them. Paying for hands, and still doing the thinking, the chasing and half the work yourself.

Or you bought the opposite: senior advice, sharp thinking, a beautiful plan. And it sat in a document, because nobody was ever going to build it.

So every test, every page, every follow-up now waits on one person. You. And you know your limits, because you have hit them.

None of that is a knowledge problem. You already have the judgement. What you have never had is senior hands that ship every week without being pushed.

The other side

Picture A Friday, A Few Months In

The weekly report lands. What shipped, what the numbers did, what changes next week.

You forward it to your board, your CEO, your investors, without explaining a single line.

The numbers in it reconcile to your own analytics and your own CRM, never a vendor dashboard.

The pages, the sequences, the videos, the follow-up: shipped this week, like last week, without you pushing.

Your calendar is filling with qualified buyers, booked while you were closing the last ones.

And you never assembled any of it. One senior operator brought the whole team.

Objections, answered

You’re Thinking It. Let’s Answer It.

  1. I've handed money to people who promised this before. Five figures, nothing shipped.

That scar is exactly why the structure is what it is.

So this asks you to believe nothing. Every account, every asset, every byte of data is yours, contractually, from day one. The engagement runs month to month with no lock-in, and shipped work every week is written into the contract. If a week ever ships nothing, you can see it, and you can walk at the month end and keep everything. Nobody can burn you when you hold the assets and the exit.

  2. The person on the sales call is never the person who does the work.

    Here, it is. Structurally.

The person who scopes your engagement on the call is the person who builds and runs it. No middlemen, no junior pod, nobody learning on your budget. You will know the name of every person who touches your engine and what each of them owns. I am structurally incapable of the bait and switch, because there is nobody to switch to.

  3. One person can't do all of that.

One person can't. One senior operator with a system can.

AI supplies the capacity: it is how a small senior team ships landing pages, sequences, video cuts and reporting at a pace a traditional team cannot match. Senior judgement decides what ships. Nothing goes out under your name that I have not signed off. You are not hiring a pair of hands. You are hiring a person who contains a team.

  4. I run growth here. I don't need someone re-diagnosing my strategy.

Good. Keep it. That's one of the two ways this runs.

If you run growth, the strategy and the decisions stay yours. I ship the work your plan has never had hands for: the pages, the sequences, the tracking, the tests. Parallel tests, as many segments as your market holds, no dead air. And if you own the company and want the whole thing off your plate instead, I bring the strategy too. Two ways in, one engagement.

  5. And when it isn't working, I'll be the one chasing you for answers.

No. The receipts raise it before you do.

When a week's numbers move the wrong way, the weekly report says so plainly, because it is reconciled to your own analytics and CRM. The same report says what changes next week to fix it. So the problem is named and the fix is scheduled before you have to write a single chasing email. That is the opposite of the vendor who goes quiet when the numbers do.

  6. This has 'book a free call' energy. That's how every pitch starts.

Fair. Here's exactly what happens on it.

We walk your numbers together, I show you which parts of the engine your growth model needs, and we map what your first month looks like. You leave with the plan either way, and there's no pitch if it isn't a fit. Some people choose to have me build and run it afterwards, which is why I can afford to give the half hour away.

  7. A monthly engagement sounds like the thing I keep trying to escape.

Not when you can leave it any month and keep everything.

The engagements that trapped you had lock-ins, owned your accounts, and got paid whether they shipped or not. This is built as the exact reverse. Month to month. Your accounts, your assets, your data, from day one. Shipped work every week, in the contract. The only thing keeping the engagement alive is that it keeps paying for itself. That is the way round it should always have been.

Why This Isn't Anything You've Already Tried

What you’ve tried

Hands without judgement: outsourced work you end up managing yourself.

What this is

One senior operator who brings the judgement and the hands.

What you’ve tried

Judgement without hands: a strategy that sits in a document.

What this is

A plan that ships. Every week, in the contract.

What you’ve tried

A hire: one salary, one skill, months of ramp, no guarantee it works out.

What this is

A whole engine's worth of skills, producing in the first weeks.

What you’ve tried

Locked contracts that outlive the results.

What this is

Month to month. The day it stops paying for itself, you walk.

  • The person who scopes your engagement on the call is the person who builds and runs it.
  • Your accounts, your data, your assets, contractually, from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
  • AI supplies the capacity; senior judgement decides what ships. Nothing goes out under your name unsigned.
Keep the strategy or hand it all over. Either way, the shipping stops being your job.
The plan

What Happens After You Say Yes

  1. Phase 1

    The Session

Thirty free minutes. We walk your numbers, pick which parts of the engine your growth model needs, and map your first month. You leave with the plan whether or not we ever speak again.

  2. Phase 2

    The Scope

What gets built and run goes into a scope of works, sized to your business: which parts of the engine, at what pace, reporting into which numbers. Every account, asset and byte of data is yours, contractually, from day one.

  3. Phase 3

    The First Month

The engine goes live piece by piece, and the weekly rhythm starts immediately: work shipped, numbers reported plainly, everything reconciled to your own analytics and CRM. You take the calls it produces and close.

  4. Phase 4

    The Compounding

Execution, reporting, optimisation, every single week. The parts feed each other: the research feeds the outreach, the video feeds the ads, the content feeds the search, and every sale traces back to the channel that produced it. Month to month, for as long as it pays for itself.

The story behind the numbers

The operator you would be hiring has run this at full scale. One client went from $277k to $500k a month in twelve months: revenue and profit both up 80%, the team doubled from 25 to 50, and a place at number 442 on America's fastest-growing private companies list. Same engine, same operator, same weekly cadence this page describes. Behind that sits £152M+ in delivered profit across 100+ B2B businesses: logistics, accountancy, construction, professional services, consulting, software. The mechanics do not care what you sell. They care that the work ships every week.

In their own words

Straight answers

Your Questions, Answered Straight

What actually happens on the Revenue Strategy Session?

Thirty minutes, working session, not a webinar. We walk your numbers together, I show you which parts of the engine your growth model needs, and we map what your first month looks like. You leave with the plan whether or not we ever speak again. Before the calendar you'll answer a few quick questions, so the half hour starts useful instead of starting cold.

What does it cost if we go ahead?

That depends on which parts of the engine you take, and it's scoped on the call, in writing, before you decide anything. Some clients run all nine parts; some start with one or two and add more as the numbers earn it. Whatever the number: the engagement runs month to month with no lock-in, shipped work every week is in the contract, and everything built is yours.

Do you replace my team?

No. I plug into it. If you run growth, you keep the strategy and the decisions; I ship the work your plan has never had hands for. If you own the company and there's no growth team to plug into, I bring one. Either way, nobody on your side loses a job to this. They gain an engine that ships around them.

Who actually does the work?

I do, with a named team and an AI-augmented delivery system behind me. The person who scopes your engagement on the call is the person who builds and runs it. No middlemen, no junior pod, nobody learning on your budget. You will know the name of every person who touches your engine and what each of them owns.

Who owns the accounts and the assets?

You do. Every account, every asset, every byte of data: yours, contractually, from day one. The ad accounts run in your name, the CRM is yours, the domains and pages are yours, and every video and piece of creative is yours to reuse anywhere. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it and lose nothing.

What if it isn't working?

When a week's numbers move the wrong way, the weekly report says so plainly, because it's reconciled to your own analytics and CRM, and the same report says what changes next week to fix it. The receipts raise the problem before you have to. And because the engagement runs month to month, you're never locked into something that isn't paying for itself. You can walk at any month end and keep everything.

The decision

One Call. The Whole Engine, Scoped.

P.S. Still here? Then one question, from one operator to another. It's the one that sits under every quarter that ends where it started: you know exactly what needs to ship. So why hasn't it shipped? You can carry that question into another quarter of being the only pair of hands. Or you can spend 30 free minutes with someone who ships it for a living, and leave with the plan either way.
